The Worship ministry shall provide for meaningful worship services and encourage members to actively participate in worship. The ministry will oversee the education and scheduling of servers, readers, ushers and eucharistic ministers.

Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Commit to 1/2 hour of adoration on the first Friday of the month between 7:00 am and 12:30 am.

Cantor
Lead the congregation in song.

Choir-Adult
Sing at Liturgies/special celebrations.

Choir-Bell
(grades 6-adult) play English Hand-bells for Liturgies/special celebrations.

Choir-Family
Sing at Liturgies/special celebrations.

Choir-Youth
Youth (grades 5-12) sing and play monthly for weekend Liturgies.

Communion Minister to the Sick
Minister to the sick/homebound.

Environment Committee-Worship
Plan and assist with the church decorations for Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter.

Liturgy of the Word with Children, Leader
Share God's Word with the 1st and 2nd graders at the 10:30 am Liturgy.

Liturgy of the Word with Children, Aide
Assist the leader at the 10:30 am Liturgy with children.

Minister of Hospitality (Usher)
Welcome, seat parishioners, and take up the collection.

Ministry of Prayer
Offer prayers privately for the parish community.

Minister of the Eucharist
Minister Communion at parish Liturgies, and serve as a greeter before Sunday Masses (must be Confirmed).

Minister of the Word (Lector)
Proclaim the Scriptures at parish Liturgies.

Rosary Society
Pray a decade of the rosary daily.

Servers
Serve at the altar for Liturgical celebrations (grades 4-2).

Servers-Adult
Serve funeral Masses.

Worship Committee-Parish
Promote and evaluate parish worship and prayer life (meets 6 times per year).
