Welcome to the parish faith formation program. The mission of our program is to assist parents in handing on the faith to their children by providing structure and resources and reinforcing what children are already learning in the home. To accomplish this, we draw upon their own experience and the riches of the Catholic Christian tradition. The riches of the tradition can be found in the Bible, in the Church's liturgy, in doctrine and creed, and in the witness of the lives of Christians throughout the ages. The center of Catholic life has always been the Sunday Eucharist. Because we want our children to realize that our Sunday worship is the celebration of our faith and all that we believe, a natural response to God's love for us, it is very important that they celebrate the Eucharist with th parish community on Sundays. We thank all those important people in the lives of our children: parents, catechists, teachers, and spiritual leaders. May we all together draw closer to Christ as we help in leading His children to Him.
